- 10-Revise all the duties of the management
- 11-The deputy manager is allowed to supervise all the duties in the case of the manger absence
- 12-Following all the regulations and instructions of the post graduate studies

The Graduates’ officer
- Job duties
Revise the graduation certificates and all the official data
Issue the master, PHD AND Diplomas certificates
Write graduates patent
Make the annual statistics of the post graduate studies for the central authority for public mobilization and statistics
Prepare sheets for the students who will attend the exams
Prepare exams, monitoring and secondment sheets
Prepare exams timetable for the post graduate studies
Prepare payment receipt for the students certificates

Master’s Officer

1-receive the departments letters concerning the registration of the master and diploma students
2-complete the registration files of the post graduate students
3-Prepare enrollment and registration forms and assign the titles of the theses and dissertation
4-Revise the forms of printing discussion, supervision and theses rewards
5-Following the students tuition fees payment
6-Revise the under and the post graduate students files
7-Prepare the notes which are presented for the faculty and university councils
