.https:\/\/smj.journals.ekb.eg\/<\/span> Sohag Medical Journal\u00a0\u00a0is an open access journal that selectively publish good quality research across all fields of medicine. The journal provides a publishing chance for research articles, reviews, short communication, case series, and guidelines updates. \u00a0We aim to promote medical research in Sohag University and we also aim to have a medical education devoted supplement with each issue to raise awareness of importance of educational research among medical educators in Egypt. Sohag Medical Journal \u2013 the official journal of Sohag Faculty of Medicine, Sohag University, is a peer-reviewed journal with tertiary print on demand compilation of issues published. The journal\u2019s full text in recent & previous issues are available online at: H<\/a>ere<\/a> Sohag Medical Journal started since 1997 and continuing till now, till the end of 2016, it was published twice a year in January and July, plus Supplementary issues including the researches presented in the Annual conferences of Sohag Faculty of Medicine, by 2017 is published three times a year in January, July and October. The journal will cover technical, experimental and clinical studies related to health, ethical and social issues in all fields of Medicine & its related basic & advanced sciences & that performed to search & promote human health. Aiming to provide Students, researchers, physicians and other healthcare professionals with new discoveries that improve patient care in all aspects of health. \u00a0<\/p>\r\n

  2. Daily follow-up on all research-related operational tasks.<\/li>\r\n
  3. Overseeing coordination with research submitters.<\/li>\r\n
  4. Executing all tasks assigned to the journal and delivering it to the printing press.<\/li>\r\n
  5. Preparing the journal twice a year.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n

    Position: Editor-in-Chief<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

    Responsible for supervising all administrative, financial, academic, and technical aspects of the journal.<\/p>\r\n

    Responsible for supervising all academic and technical aspects of the journal, assisting in monitoring scientific and technical matters, and selecting research reviewers.<\/p>\r\n

    2. Typing Specialist \u2013 A skilled typist familiar with computer programs related to text formatting and layout. All team members are faculty staff.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n

      \u00a0\u00a0 – The administrative secretary assists in organizing and coordinating administrative and financial activities under the supervision of the Editor-in-Chief.<\/p>\r\n

      \u00a0\u00a0 – The layout executor is responsible for printing and binding the journal at the printing press.<\/p>\r\n
