The Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Professor Magdy El-Kady, welcomed the first batch of students for the academic year 2024\/2023. He was accompanied by the college\u2019s Vice Dean for Student Affairs and Education, Professor Mohamed Nasr El-Din Thabet, as well as the Director of the Academic Guidance Unit for College of Medicine students, Dr. Marwa Shaaban, and the Director of the (5+2) program at the college, Dr. Mohamed Ashraf. The reception ceremony began with playing the Republican Salute and welcoming the dean to the presence of new students. He congratulated everyone on the occasion of the start of the new academic year and the anniversary of the glorious October War victory.<\/strong><\/p>\n

He also emphasized that the Faculty of Medicine is the first line of defense for citizens\u2019 health and community safety. Therefore, the college values educational practice and strives to graduate distinguished doctors, stressing on the importance of adhering to the schedule organized for lectures. The students were also informed about their rights and duties, wishing them success in their studies.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Professor Mohamed Nasr El-Din expressed his happiness in receiving a new batch of students. During his speech, he introduced students to the college\u2019s departments and its distinguished programs, regulations, and systems. He also urged students to participate in college student activities and wished everyone success.<\/strong><\/p>\n
