Dr. Hassan Al-Noamany, President of Sohag University, said that a medical team in the Digestive System and Liver Unit in the General Internal Medicine Department and the Interventional Radiology Unit in the Radiology Department succeeded in saving the life of a 75-year-old patient with a history of illness who suffers from kidney failure and liver cirrhosis. The team succeeded in stopping severe arterial bleeding through rapid intervention using laparoscopy and therapeutic arterial catheter with interventional radiology,<\/p>\n
