1-Establish a unit for the international students
2-Formulate mission, vision, goals and tasks for the unit
3-Make the organizational structure for the unit
4-Set the job classification for the unit
5-Determine the admission rules for the international students
6-Accredit the admission rules from the faculty council
7-Send the admission rules of the students to the university council to be accredited
8- Establish and support club for the international students
9- Make a program for attracting the international students
