I am pleased to welcome you to the halls of the Faculty of Medicine – Sohag University, a distinguished institution established nearly a quarter of a century ago. The faculty carries a noble mission and a vision that places the student at the heart of the educational process — its purpose, its outcome, and its ultimate goal. Preparing students to face life and its challenges, both present and future, is the primary objective our faculty strives to achieve.
In pursuit of this goal, the faculty works to graduate students equipped with theoretical knowledge, practical experience, and positive behaviors, enabling them to build themselves and contribute to the development of their communities. This is achieved through the provision of high-quality education aligned with international standards, the continuous improvement of academic services offered to students, and the development of academic programs to meet labor market needs.
