Graduates Affairs Administration Tasks


Position: Graduates Affairs Section Specialist

Job Description:

  1. Preparing lists of Graduates ‘ names, Graduates data, and related statistics.
  2. Issuing graduation certificates with overall grades and detailed transcripts in both Arabic and English.
  3. Receiving and archiving college results.
  4. Preparing military service census lists for graduates.
  5. Preparing graduates lists and sending them to the Ministry of Health for graduates assignments.
  6. Calculating tuition fees for graduates over the six academic years.
  7. Preparing and reviewing clearance certificates for graduates and organizing graduation ceremony tasks.
  8. Responding to any correspondence to and from the administration.
  9. Executing any tasks assigned by the Section Head or Administration Director.

Position: Graduate Affairs Section Reviewer

Job Description:

  1. Supervising the preparation of graduates name lists, data, and statistics.
  2. Reviewing issued graduation certificates, including overall grades and original clearance certificates.
  3. Reviewing incoming and outgoing correspondence related to graduates.
  4. Reviewing any fees related to the issuance of certificates or official documents.
  5. Following up and reviewing graduates lists sent to the Ministry of Health for assignments.
  6. Following up and reviewing military service census lists for graduates.
  7. Preparing for the annual graduation day ceremony.
  8. Keeping up with and following regulations and laws issued by relevant authorities such as the Ministry of Administrative Development or the Organization and Administration Authority.
  9. Acting as the Administration Director for the graduates Affairs Section in case of absence.

Position: Secretary

Job Description:

  1. Familiarity with all instructions related to graduates affairs.
  2. Responding to all inquiries.
  3. Following up on incoming and outgoing correspondence and archiving.
  4. Presenting the administration’s mail to the Director and redistributing it to responsible staff.
  5. Performing computer and photocopying tasks for the Director.
  6. Organizing meeting schedules for the administration, equivalency committees, and department directors.
  7. Carrying out any tasks assigned by the Director.
