
Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Hassan Al-Nomani, President of the University, and the supervision of Prof. Dr. Khaled Omran, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development, and Prof. Dr. Magdy Al-Qadi, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, and Prof. Dr. Shazli Saleh Mousi, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development, the Faculty of Medicine (Community Service and Environmental Development Sector) held an educational seminar titled “Your Voice is Your Future… Participate” on Wednesday, 6/12/2023.
The seminar was attended by Prof. Dr. Ahmed Fathi Al-Nahas, Executive Director of University Hospitals, and Prof. Dr. Tarek Zaki Morsi, Assistant Professor of Psychology at the Faculty of Arts, and Major General Ashraf Atta, former Director of Qena Security, and a group of faculty members, deans, vice-deans, students, and university students.
The seminar began with the performance of the national anthem followed by verses from the Holy Quran. Then, Prof. Dr. Hassan Al-Nomani gave his speech welcoming the deans, vice-deans, faculty members, students, and guests, urging them to go to the polling stations to express their constitutional right to cast their votes and to prove to the whole world the extent of the Egyptian people’s love for their homeland.
Dr. Magdy Al-Qadi also spoke about the challenges and difficulties facing our country and that everyone should participate positively, expressing that Egypt, with its capabilities, can be among the countries of the world and not just on the Arab level.
Dr. Shazli welcomed the guests, indicating that this seminar is part of the activities of the Community Service Sector and wished everyone participation.
Dr. Tarek Zaki spoke about the importance of participation, considering it one of the characteristics of the positive person compared to the person who has destructive ideas and is characterized by dependency and indifference.
In a speech from Major General Ashraf Atta, he urged everyone to go to the ballot boxes to complete the democratic process, in addition to the role of women as an important part within society.
Finally, Dr. Nada Abdel Mohsen expressed what the enemies of the homeland are doing in terms of plans to control the minds of Egyptian youth.
