Al-Nomany said that these new decisions are part of  the framework of the comprehensive development plan of  the university regarding the performance systems of  the university hospitals, improving its levels, to provide the best and appropriate services to all patients, and contributing to the implementation of the vision of the leadership of the Egyptian state and the strategy of the Ministry of Higher Education for the university hospitals to play their role in preserving the citizen health
