Dr. Hassan El-Nomany, President of Sohag University, sent a message of thanks and appreciation to the medical leadership and teams of doctors, nurses, technicians and workers inside the university hospitals, saying:
Many thanks for your sincerity and distinguished giving in carrying out your noble mission and the strenuous efforts you provide throughout the year, especially during the Eid al-Fitr holiday, in order to alleviate the suffering of patients.
I followed with pride and honor what was highlighted by the media sites and electronic pages during the past hours,
regarding the success of the medical teams in performing two surgical operations for two cases that were the talk of the Sohag street, namely the rescue of a 16-year-old boy after he fell from the top of a mountain from a height of nearly 400 meters, and the rescue of a 32-year-old woman who was hit with a white weapon (a machete), and their health condition is now stable, as these precise surgeries highlighted inspiring and honorable models of medical competencies.
“The exemplary standards that Sohag University Hospitals boasts, and the teamwork spirit, coupled with the modern equipment available, I wish you success and more prosperity.”
