The ISO committee visited the Faculty of Human Medicine at Sohag University today, Sunday, corresponding to 24/12/2023. The committee was received by Prof. Dr. Magdy Amin Al-Qadi, Dean of the Faculty of Human Medicine, in the presence of: – Prof. Dr. Salah Rashidi, the college’s agent for postgraduate studies and research. Prof. Dr. Shazli Saleh Moussa, the college’s agent for community service and environmental development affairs. Prof. Dr. Mohamed Nasr, the college’s agent for education and student affairs. Prof. Dr. Ahmed Mustafa, Director of the Quality Assurance Unit at the College. And a group of distinguished professors, members of the faculty. Dr. Magdy welcomed the visitors and the attendees, then the committee began its work and headed to the Human Resources Department, where it was introduced to: –
- The organizational structure of the Human Resources Department.
- A model of the files of the faculty members and the college workers. And other topics. Then the committee moved to the postgraduate studies administration, where it learned about: – 1- How to conduct the exams for master’s and doctoral students. 2- How to maintain the confidentiality of exam question papers. Then the committee moved to the Youth Care Administration, where it was introduced to: –
- Student activities in all fields.
- External activities by dealing with the Central General Administration for Youth Care.
- The solidarity fund for student aid. Then the committee went to the scientific journal, the college library, and the quality assurance unit. In the end, the ISO committee approved the renewal of granting the Faculty of Human Medicine in Sohag the ISO certificate.
